We develop fire-safety improvement schemes that comply with Hong Kong ordinances and Singapore best practices. This includes:
- Risk Assessment: Identify fire hazards, escape route issues, and system gaps
- Scheme Design: Create a tailored fire-protection strategy for your building
- Regulatory Compliance: Align with Fire Services Ordinance (Cap. 95) and Fire Safety (Buildings) Ordinance (Cap. 572)

- Fire Separation: Fire walls, fire doors, smoke-protected staircases
- Technical Notes: Detailed specifications and installation requirements
