C&V Services (HK) Limited 是一家綜合顧問公司，提供管理顧問、多專業顧問、消防及安全顧問，以及綜合設施管理支援。我們在香港現階段以消防及安全顧問服務為專業發展重點，並以新加坡累積的性能化消防安全設計、消防工程、風險評估及消防安全管理經驗為基礎。
我們按照香港適用要求、樓宇條件、審批程序及項目實際需要，與本地專業團隊合作，為每個項目制定合適的專業建議。
C&V Services (HK) Limited is an integrated consultancy providing Management Consultancy, Multidisciplinary Consultancy, Fire & Safety Consultancy and Integrated Facilities Management support. Our Hong Kong practice is developing with Fire & Safety consultancy as its initial specialist focus, drawing on Singapore experience in performance-based fire-safety design, fire engineering, risk assessment and fire-safety management.
We consider each assignment against applicable Hong Kong requirements, building conditions, approval procedures and project needs, working with local professional teams to develop appropriate recommendations for each project.

大埔宏福苑火災，讓香港再次感受到火災可以在短時間內改變許多家庭。我們對遇難者、家屬及所有受影響人士致以深切哀悼與關懷。這場悲劇提醒我們，消防安全不只是一套規例、圖紙或系統；它關乎每一個人在家中、工作場所及公共空間能否安全回家。
C&V 希望將在新加坡累積的消防安全經驗帶到香港，與本地專業團隊合作，從風險評估、消防設計、系統整合到日常管理，協助項目把安全理念真正落實。

The Tai Po Wang Fuk Court fire reminded Hong Kong how quickly a fire can change many families. We extend our deepest condolences and care to those who lost their lives, their families and everyone affected. The tragedy reminds us that fire safety is more than regulations, drawings or systems; it is about whether people can return safely to their homes, workplaces and communities.
C&V hopes to contribute our fire-safety experience from Singapore in collaboration with Hong Kong’s professional community. From risk assessment and fire-safety design to system integration and ongoing management, we help project teams turn safety principles into practical protection.
We believe the value of professional work lies in taking the extra step before an incident occurs, creating an additional layer of protection for every precious life.
As building uses, EV charging and emerging energy systems continue to develop, some Hong Kong projects require deeper fire-engineering analysis, risk assessment and system-integration support.
Drawing on Singapore experience in performance-based fire-safety design and fire engineering, C&V works alongside APs, architects, engineers, contractors and owners, with regard to applicable Hong Kong requirements, approval procedures and professional practice. We help project teams evaluate options, resolve technical interfaces, strengthen the fire-safety rationale and improve the overall outcome of the project.

C&V brings experience in performance-based fire-safety design, fire engineering, risk assessment and fire-safety management developed through our work in Singapore. For each Hong Kong project, we consider the building conditions, use, risk profile, applicable requirements and professional responsibilities before developing the appropriate technical recommendations.
We work with Hong Kong APs, architects, engineers, contractors and owners to translate this experience into fire-safety solutions suited to the actual needs of each project.

C&V Services (HK) Limited places Fire & Safety Consultancy and Management at the core of our Hong Kong practice. We draw on experience developed in Singapore across fire engineering, performance-based design, risk management and fire-safety management to support new developments, existing buildings and alteration projects from planning, design, statutory approval and construction through to operations.
Our services may be appointed individually according to project requirements, building conditions and operational needs, or integrated into a more comprehensive fire-safety consultancy and project-support solution.

針對電動車停車及充電環境的消防風險，按停車場配置、充電設施、樓宇條件及現有消防系統，評估合適的消防保護及系統整合方案。EV FirePro 可在適合的項目中作為額外保護，並不取代項目所需的法定消防安全措施。
We assess fire-protection and system-integration options for EV parking and charging environments according to the car-park layout, charging infrastructure, building conditions and existing fire-protection systems. EV FirePro may be considered as supplementary protection for suitable projects and does not replace the statutory fire-safety provisions required for the project.
