C&V Services was formed to bring together management, Fire & Safety, multidisciplinary engineering and facilities management expertise within one consultancy platform.
Our Fire & Safety capability is supported by more than 20 years of registered fire-inspection experience within our technical leadership. We are developing the practice across Singapore and Hong Kong with a focus on sound judgement, clear documentation, coordinated advice and practical implementation.
As a growing consultancy, we approach each appointment carefully and define our role, responsibilities and deliverables around the actual requirements of the project.
We approach each assignment according to its actual requirements rather than applying a standard solution. We consider how management, Fire & Safety, engineering, facilities and operations interact, so our advice can be understood, coordinated and applied in practice.

Singapore Expertise. Hong Kong Project Focus.
C&V Services is an integrated consultancy operating across Singapore and Hong Kong. Our company-wide capabilities cover Management Consultancy, Multidisciplinary Consultancy, Fire & Safety Consultancy and Integrated Facilities Management.
Singapore is our principal market and operating base. In Hong Kong, we are developing a focused Fire & Safety consultancy practice, drawing on our Singapore experience in performance-based fire-safety design, fire engineering, risk assessment and safety management.
Each Hong Kong assignment is considered against the applicable Hong Kong requirements, approval procedures, building conditions and project responsibilities. Where a project requires a regulated local appointment or specialist signatory, we coordinate with the appropriately qualified Hong Kong professional.

C&V SERVICES (HK) LIMITED
Our Hong Kong practice provides Fire & Safety consultancy for selected projects, including performance-based design, fire engineering, risk assessment, technical review and fire-safety management. Where broader project support is required, our management, engineering and facilities capabilities can be coordinated through the wider C&V consultancy.
